Westlake Village, California - April 3, 2020 - Michaelis, Montanari and Johnson has been honored as the recipient of the 2020 Gold Hermes Award in the Print Media- Logo Design category.
The logo, designed by MM&J Paralegal and Director of Marketing Monica E. Montanari, incorporates the firm's iconic initials with its passion for aviation law in a format consistent with the firm's recent rebranding.

"To have our logo design chosen among such a prestigious group of entrants is truly an honor," said Montanari, who first began working with the firm as the daughter of MM&J Partner and Co-Founder Garry Montanari.

On April 3, the early deadline winners were announced for the 2020 international awards competition, for creative professionals involved in the concept, writing, and design of traditional and emerging media.
Hermes Creative Awards recognizes outstanding work in the industry while promoting the philanthropic nature of marketing and communication professionals. There are expected to be over 6,000 entries from throughout the United States, Canada and dozens of other countries in the Hermes Creative Awards 2020 competition. Entries come from corporate marketing and communication departments, advertising agencies, PR firms, design shops, production companies, and freelancers.
Hermes Creative Awards is administered and judged by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP). The international organization consists of several thousand marketing, communication, advertising, public relations, media production, and freelance professionals. AMCP oversees awards and recognition programs, provides judges, and rewards outstanding achievement and service to the profession. AMCP judges are industry professionals who look for companies and individuals whose talent exceeds a high standard of excellence and whose work serves as a benchmark for the industry.
Winners were selected from over 200 categories grouped under advertising, publications, marketing, branding, integrated marketing, public relations/communications, electronic media, and pro bono.
